Made with gin, vermouth and liqueur, served in a champagne coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozDry vermouth
1 mlDry Orange liqueur
5 gMaraschino cherry
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 10 ml dry vermouth and 50 ml London dry gin into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 1 dash of dry orange liqueur.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
