Far Eastern Gimlet

Made with gin, absinthe and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

1 mlAbsinthe
60 ml / 2 ozLondon dry gin
1 mlOrange bitters
25 ml / 3/4 ozLime cordial
2 gStar anise
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lime cordial and absinthe into a shaker.
  2. Add orange bitters and London dry gin.
  3. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a star anise.
