Budapest BBQ

Made with gin, served in a copper mug.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozMaple syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCranberry juice
20 gPeach purée
1Marshmallow
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Add peach purée to a copper mug.
  2. Pour in lime juice, cranberry juice, maple syrup, and gin.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and stir well.
  4. Add more crushed ice and top with a toasted marshmallow on a stick.
