Method
- Combine 25 ml guelder cordial and 50 ml gin in a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon.
- Strain through a strainer and fine sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest on a cocktail skewer.
