Victorian Fizz

Made with gin and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozYuzu liqueur
120 ml / 4 ozPineapple soda
5 gMatcha
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 40 ml London dry gin and 20 ml yuzu liqueur.
  3. Top with 120 ml pineapple soda and stir.
  4. Garnish with matcha.
