Mr. Uyeda's Gimlet

Made with gin, served in a champagne coupe.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
5 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
1Ice cube
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place an ice cube in a champagne coupe.
  2. Add 15 ml lime juice, 5 ml sugar syrup, and 45 ml gin to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and hard shake.
  4. Strain into the glass.
