Pink Gimlet

Made with gin, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
5 ml / 1/4 ozRose water
3Rose petals
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Combine lime juice, sugar syrup, and gin in a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Spray with rose water.
  5. Garnish with rose petals.
