Miss Roza Fizz

Made with gin, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozHomemade orange peel gin
60 ml / 2 ozRose syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
75 ml / 2 1/2 ozSoda water
30 gLime sorbet
3Rose petals
1Hard candy
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lemon juice, rose syrup, and orange peel gin to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with lime sorbet, rose petals, and hard candy.
