Scottish Old-Fashioned

Made with whisky and Angostura bitters, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
1 mlAngostura bitters
40 gOrange
40 gLemon
5 gCane sugar cubes
5 gMaraschino cherry
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place a sugar cube in a rocks glass with orange and lemon slices.
  2. Add Angostura bitters and a maraschino cherry, then muddle.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour in 50 ml of whisky.
  5. Stir with a muddler and serve.
