Lazy Old Fashioned

Made with whisky and Angostura bitters, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozWhisky
2 mlAngostura bitters
8 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
1Orange zest
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Mix sugar syrup, Angostura bitters, and whisky in a mixing glass.
  3. Stir the cocktail with a bar spoon.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
