Perfect Rob Roy

Made with whisky, vermouth and Angostura bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

75 ml / 2 1/2 ozWhisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozRed vermouth
15 ml / 1/2 ozDry vermouth
2 mlAngostura bitters
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour red vermouth, dry vermouth, and whisky into a mixing glass.
  2. Add Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
