Pacha New York

Made with whisky and Curaçao, served in a hurricane glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
25 ml / 3/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozOrange juice
200 gMandarin
100 gApple
10 gCherry
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Blend mandarin and apple with orange juice, blue curaçao and whisky.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend again.
  3. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with two cherries.
