Maple Apple

Made with whisky, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozMaple syrup
120 ml / 4 ozApple juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
10 gApple
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml maple syrup, and 50 ml whisky.
  3. Top with apple juice and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with a slice of apple.
