Matador

Made with whisky, vermouth and Maraschino, served in a rocks glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozWhisky
10 ml / 1/4 ozWhite vermouth
10 ml / 1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
1 mlOrange bitters
5 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
20 ml / 3/4 ozOrange juice
5 ml / 1/4 ozOrange blossom water
30 gOrange
5 gMaraschino cherry
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker half full of ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
