Dope Slap

Made with pisco, liqueur and Islay single malts, served in a champagne coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozPisco
5 ml / 1/4 ozIslay single malt whisky
25 ml / 3/4 ozYellow banana liqueur
1 mlOrange bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour sugar syrup and banana liqueur into a shaker.
  2. Add orange bitters, Islay whisky, and Pisco.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest.
