Wisecrack Fizz

Made with pisco and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
30 ml / 1 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
45 ml / 1.5 ozPisco
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
90 ml / 3 ozClub soda, to top

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with lemon twist.
