Made with pisco, served in a wine glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozPisco, Kappa
30 ml / 1 ozCranberry juice, unsweetened
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozDemerara syrup, 2:1
3sage
60 ml / 2 ozClub soda, Fever Tree
1 sprigsage, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except soda and garnish with ice.
  2. Strain into a wine glass filled with pebble ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with a sage sprig.
