Made with pisco, Curaçao and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

75 ml / 2.5 ozPisco, Porton
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozBlue Curacao
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup, 1:1
1Egg white
2 dropsPeychaud's bitters, as garnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Shake again with ice.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with Peychaud's bitters.
