Lima Sour

Made with pisco and Maraschino.

60 ml / 2 ozPisco, Barsol (Mosto Verde)
15 ml / 0.5 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
20 ml / 0.75 ozPink grapefruit juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
1Lemon peel, Garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with 6 oz of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve with straws.
