Sailor's Fizz

Made with pisco, gin and aromatised wine, served in a sling glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozPisco
25 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade hibiscus and spice gin
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuinquina Maurin
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
25 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSoda water
20 gLemon
5 gRosemary
25Rose petals
150 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a sling glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and quinquina maurin.
  3. Pour in pisco and hibiscus spice gin.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice, rosemary sprig, and rose petals.

About the Sailor's Fizz

A fizzy long drink with herbal notes from hibiscus gin and rosemary. Pisco and quinquina maurin add strength while lemon juice provides tartness.
