Double Grape

Made with pisco, Byrrh and bitters, served in a coupe.

50 ml / 1.75 ozPisco, Barsol
50 ml / 1.75 ozByrrh
1 dashGrapefruit bitters, Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit
1Orange peel, twist and discard
2Grapes, garnish

Method

  1. Stir ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with orange twist and grapes.

About the Double Grape

A stirred sour cocktail with Pisco and Byrrh base drinks, balanced by grapefruit bitters. The orange peel adds citrus aroma while grapes provide garnish.
