Double Punch

Made with pisco, Maraschino and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

90 ml / 3 ozCoffee, cold
45 ml / 1.5 ozPisco
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Marasca
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup
2 dashesGrapefruit bitters
1Grapefruit peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake three times quickly.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
