Carnivore

Made with pisco and vodka, served in a bottle.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozPisco
10 ml / 1/4 ozChili-infused vodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozPapaya juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozPassion fruit juice
20 gStrawberry purée
1Carnivore flower
7Sichuan pepper
50 gCane sugar

Method

  1. Blend the Sichuan pepper, strawberry purée, lime juice, passion fruit juice, papaya juice, chili-infused vodka, and Pisco.
  2. Shake the mixture without ice for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the cocktail into a bottle and chill it.
  4. Fill a glass with cane sugar and place the Carnivore flower in the center.
  5. Pour the chilled cocktail into the flower.
