Lingua Franca

Made with pisco, liqueur and rum, served in a highball glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozPisco
15 ml / 0.5 ozJamaican rum, Wray & Nephew Overproof
15 ml / 0.5 ozFalernum
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozpear liqueur
15 ml / 0.5 ozApricot liqueur
1 dashOrange bitters
60 ml / 2 ozSoda water

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon twist.

About the Lingua Franca

This sour cocktail mixes pisco with Jamaican rum and fruit liqueurs. The addition of soda water makes it light and fizzy.
