Fitzcarraldo

Made with pisco and aromatised wine, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozPisco
20 ml / 0.75 ozPimm's No. 1 Cup
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup, scant; Shellenberger calls for 3g

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

About the Fitzcarraldo

The Fitzcarraldo is a sour cocktail built on a base of Pisco and Pimm's No. 1 Cup. It has a tart lemon flavor and a light sweetness.
