Made with Islay single malts, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozIslay single malt whisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozAgave syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozGinger syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
30 gOrange
1 gSalt
420 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lemon juice, ginger syrup, salt, agave syrup, and Islay whisky to a shaker.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice.
