Laphroaig Project

Made with liqueur, Islay single malts and Maraschino, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
15 ml / 0.5 ozIslay Scotch, Laphroaig (quarter cask)
15 ml / 0.5 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
5 ml / 0.25 ozHerbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
2 dashesPeach bitters, Fee Brothers Peach
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Double strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
