Maison Sherry Cobbler

Made with sherry and liqueur, served in a hurricane glass.

20 ml / 0.75 ozAmontillado sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozManzanilla sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozOloroso sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozpedro ximenez sherry
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozPineapple juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozblueberry preserves
5 ml / 0.25 ozDemerara syrup, 1:1
1 barspoonAllspice dram, St. Elizabeth

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with berries, orange slice and mint bouquet.
