Rummin' with the Devil

Made with rum, bitters and vermouth, served in a nick and nora glass.

35 ml / 1.25 ozSpiced Rum, Blackpool
20 ml / 0.75 ozSuze
20 ml / 0.75 ozDry vermouth, Dolin
20 ml / 0.75 ozOloroso sherry, Lustau
1Lemon peel

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with ice until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
