Strawberry Daiquiri (Jl Remix)

Made with rum and sherry, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozLight rum
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
15 ml / 0.5 ozManzanilla sherry
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
2Strawberry
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchBlack pepper

Method

  1. Muddle two strawberries in shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients and shake.
  3. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with skewered strawberry half dusted with black pepper.
