45 ml / 1.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
20 ml / 0.75 ozBenedictine
15 ml / 0.5 ozCuraçao, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
5 ml / 0.25 ozJamaican rum, Smith & Cross
1Whole egg
1 pinchOrange peel (grated), as garnish)

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except garnish with ice.
  2. Shake again with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with grated orange peel.
