Vermouth Cassis

Made with vermouth and crème de cassis, served in a highball glass.

1.5Dry vermouth, oz
0.75Crème de Cassis, oz
Carbonated water

Method

  1. Add ice to a highball glass.
  2. Stir dry vermouth and crème de cassis with the ice.
  3. Fill the glass with carbonated water.
  4. Stir again and serve.
