Made with Cynar and rum.

30 ml / 1 ozCynar
20 ml / 0.75 ozJamaican rum
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozPassion fruit syrup, B.G. Reynolds
5 ml / 0.25 ozOrgeat

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Pour unstrained into a DOF glass.
  3. Garnish with orchid and mint sprig.

About the Turnbuckle

A sour-style cocktail combining bitter Cynar with Jamaican rum and tropical flavors. The passion fruit and orgeat add sweetness and complexity.
