Made with Cynar, liqueur and bitters, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCynar
15 ml / 0.5 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozrich demerara syrup 2:1
14 dropsBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a spritz of Angostura Bitters over the top.
