Negronino

Made with gin, vermouth and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed vermouth
15 ml / 1/2 ozCynar
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed bitter
30 gCucumber
1Lemon zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add red vermouth, Cynar, red bitter, and gin.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with cucumber slices and lemon zest.

About the Negronino

A bitter short drink with gin as its base. The combination of red vermouth, Cynar, and red bitter gives it a complex herbal character with cucumber adding freshness.
