Quicksand

Made with gin and Maraschino, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozMaraschino liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSoda water
60 gGrapefruit
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add gin, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into the highball glass.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
