Fairy Tale

Made with gin, Angostura bitters and bitters, served in a shot glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
2 mlAngostura bitters
1 mlOrange bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
5 gRaspberry
7 gLemongrass
20 gRaspberry jam
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle lemongrass and raspberry jam in a shaker.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, and both bitters to the shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a shot glass.
  5. Garnish with a raspberry and lemongrass stalk.
