Pink Flamingo

Made with gin, sherry and liqueur, served in a champagne coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozCherry liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozFino sherry
2 mlPeychaud's bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add quail egg white, lemon juice, cherry liqueur, Fino sherry, and gin to a shaker.
  2. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters.
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
