Finders Keepers

Made with gin.

60 ml / 2 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozAgave syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGinger beer
5 gLemongrass
5 gMint
5 gGinger root
200 gIce cubes
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill a can with crushed ice to the top.
  2. Muddle 5g each of ginger root, lemongrass, and mint in a shaker.
  3. Add 30ml lime juice, 30ml agave syrup, and 60ml London dry gin to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  5. Strain through a strainer and sieve into the can.
  6. Top with ginger beer.
