Tropical Queen

Made with gin and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
5 ml / 1/4 ozCoconut liqueur
5 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozCinnamon syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozCoconut water
10 gCinnamon sticks
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lime juice, grapefruit juice, coconut water, cinnamon syrup, sugar syrup, coconut liqueur, and gin to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
