Michigander

Made with applejack and Cynar, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozApple brandy, Lairds Bonded (or Applejack)
30 ml / 1 ozCynar
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozHoney syrup, 2:1
1Grapefruit peel, Garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except grapefruit peel with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
