Ingredients: 1 oz (30 ml) Aquavit; 1 oz (30 ml) Applejack; 0.75 oz (20 ml) Sweet vermouth; 0.25 oz (5 ml) Herbal liqueur Yellow Chartreuse; 1 dash Bitters Angostura; 1 Lemon peel as garnish

Made with Akvavit, applejack and vermouth, served in a coupe.

Ingredients for one drink
	30 ml / 1 oz	Aquavit
	30 ml / 1 oz	Applejack
	20 ml / 0.75 oz	Sweet vermouth
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
	1 dash	Bitters, Angostura
	1	Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

About the Norwegian Wood

A stirred cocktail combining aquavit and applejack with sweet vermouth and herbal notes from Yellow Chartreuse. The bitters add complexity.
