Norwegian Sunset

Made with Akvavit, Aperol and vermouth, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozAquavit
20 ml / 0.75 ozAperol
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
5 dropsBitters, Regans' orange bitters (as garnish)

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients except bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with 5 drops of orange bitters.
