15 ml / 0.5 ozpassion fruit puree
15 ml / 0.5 ozOrange liqueur
15 ml / 0.5 ozFalernum
15 ml / 0.5 ozGrenadine
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
1 dashAbsinthe, as garnish
1 dashCinnamon, as garnish
3pineapple, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a tiki mug.
  3. Add crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with pineapple, absinthe, and cinnamon.
