Delicious Sour (Dead Rabbit Version)

Made with applejack, liqueur and absinthe.

3 dashesEucalyptus tincture
15 ml / 0.5 ozPistachio syrup
60 ml / 2 ozApple brandy, Lairds Bonded
5 ml / 0.25 ozpeach liqueur, Merlet creme de peche
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
3 dashesAbsinthe, Pernod
1Egg white
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except nutmeg without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a punch glass with one large cracked ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
