Made with applejack, amaro and vermouth.

45 ml / 1.5 ozApple brandy, Lairds Bonded
20 ml / 0.75 ozAmaro Meletti
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
5 ml / 0.25 ozLavender honey syrup
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Serve neat.
