15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozPineapple juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozGrenadine
1 dashBitters, Angostura
1 wedgePineapple, as garnish

Method

  1. Add Applejack, lemon juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and bitters to a shaker.
  2. Shake well with ice.
