15 ml / 0.5 ozAmontillado sherry
15 ml / 0.5 ozHazelnut liqueur, Frangelico
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
1 dashAllspice dram

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Float a dash of allspice dram.
  4. Garnish with a fennel frond if available.
