Delicious Sour

Made with applejack and liqueur.

45 ml / 1.5 ozApple brandy
45 ml / 1.5 ozpeach liqueur
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
1Sugar, rounded
1Egg white
15 ml / 0.5 ozSoda water

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a glass.
  4. Top with soda water.
