The Snowball

Made with brandy, applejack and Prosecco, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBrandy
30 ml / 1 ozApple brandy
20 ml / 0.75 ozCreme de Cacao, Tempus Fugit
60 ml / 2 ozcorn milk
4 dropschocolate bitters, Miracle Mile
1Egg white
30 ml / 1 ozProsecco
1 pinchCocoa powder, as garnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except Prosecco and cocoa powder.
  2. Shake again with ice for about 40 seconds.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco and garnish with cocoa powder.
